Find Your Group

Levels & Groups

Is this for complete beginners?

No. Easy is for A2 / early B1 students who already know basic English but need guided speaking practice.

What if I do not know my level?

Take the short Level Check. It takes about 5 minutes and recommends Easy, Medium or Advanced.

Is the Level Check final?

No. It is a guide, not a formal exam. It helps you choose a group, but it does not move you automatically.

Are the groups fixed?

Yes. Memberships are based on fixed weekly groups: the same day, same time and similar level each week.

How many students are in a group?

Groups are small: usually 3-5 students. This keeps the session personal and gives everyone time to speak.

What happens if a group has fewer than 3 students?

The group may start later, be adjusted, or Yulia may suggest another suitable group. If no suitable alternative works, a refund may be offered.

Trial & Memberships

What is included in a trial session?

A trial lets you try one live speaking session before joining a monthly membership.

What is the difference between 1 session/week and 2 sessions/week?

With 1 session/week, you join one fixed weekly group. With 2 sessions/week, you join two fixed weekly groups at the same level.

Can I have two memberships at the same time?

No. A student can have only one active monthly membership. To change plan, contact Yulia.

Can I change from 1 session/week to 2 sessions/week?

Yes, but for now this is handled manually. Contact Yulia and she will help you choose the best option based on level and availability.

Can I change group?

If your level or schedule does not feel right, contact Yulia. Group changes depend on availability and capacity.

Payments & Cancellation

How do payments work?

Payments are handled through secure checkout. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops future renewals.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?

There is no automatic prorated refund for voluntary cancellation during an active paid period. You normally keep access until the paid period ends.

What happens if I miss a session?

Your weekly group place is reserved for you, so a missed session normally counts as used and is not refunded.

Can I recover a missed session?

Yulia may offer a make-up session if possible, but it is not guaranteed and depends on level, schedule and capacity.

What if I cannot attend my trial session?

A trial can be rescheduled once if you contact Yulia at least 24 hours before the session. No-shows or late cancellations are normally not refunded.

Dashboard & Materials

Where do I find the class link and materials?

Your dashboard shows your group, upcoming sessions, class links and after-class materials when available.

What materials do I receive after class?

After each session, you get follow-up materials: your group living Quizlet vocabulary dictionary and Yulia's session presentation when prepared.

Is Quizlet created for every session?

No. Each group has one living Quizlet that grows session by session.

Privacy & Recordings

Are sessions recorded?

Regular live sessions are not automatically recorded. If a recording, clip or testimonial is planned, Yulia will communicate it and request consent where required.

Can students record sessions?

No. Students should not record, publish or share sessions, links, materials or conversation excerpts without permission.
