This page explains how The Speaking Club by Yulia currently works. If you have questions, contact us before booking.
The Speaking Club by Yulia uses personal data only to manage bookings, payments, dashboard access, group operations, classes and student support.
Data we collect
- First name, last name, email, selected level, selected plan, selected group, payment status, subscription status and trial booking status.
- Level Check results, including answers, score and recommended level.
- Dashboard data needed to show groups, class links, the group Quizlet dictionary, session presentations and participation history.
Payments, login and external services
- Payments are handled by Stripe. The Speaking Club by Yulia does not store card details.
- Authentication and app data are handled through Supabase. Supabase Auth and Resend may be used for login emails and service messages.
- Class and material links may point to external services such as Quizlet, Google Drive, Google Slides, Zoom or Google Meet.
Why we use data
- To confirm access after payment, show the student dashboard, organize fixed groups and provide class or material links.
- To help Yulia manage levels, groups, materials, plans and student support clearly.
- Level Check data helps recommend a level, but it does not automatically move a student to another group.
Sharing and selling
- Personal data is not sold.
- Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the product, payments, login, email, classes and materials, or where required by law.
