Recording Consent
This page explains how The Speaking Club by Yulia currently works. If you have questions, contact us before booking.
The Speaking Club by Yulia does not publicly record normal live sessions by default. Any recording should be clear to students and handled respectfully.
Regular live sessions
- Live sessions are not automatically recorded unless this is clearly communicated to the group in advance.
- Yulia may use anonymized general teaching notes internally, such as topics, useful vocabulary, common mistakes and follow-up ideas.
Recordings, clips and testimonials
- If a session, clip, screenshot or testimonial is recorded, students should be informed and consent should be requested where required.
- Recordings, clips and testimonials are not published publicly or used in marketing without separate permission.
Student recordings
- Students should not record, save, publish or share sessions, materials, links or conversation excerpts without permission.
